Some Pokemon should have the obligatory resistance to cold and radiation due to being able to venture into space.
Some may have it already listed but off the top of my head, Mew, Mewtwo, Ho-Oh, Deoxys, Jirachi(?), Rayquaza, Porygon, Lake trio, Creation Trio, Arceus, Eternatus(?), Necrozma, Celesteela, Unown, Solrock, Lunatone, Stary/Starmie(?), Cleffa(Game canon), Genesect and Minior (while not deep space, both have been shown to be uneffected by being very high within the exosphere) possibly a few more if you wanna get real deep into it and count the tcg as canon.
The unova dragons may be a case, due to it being stated that Kyu originated from space, although in bw2 it's later shown that kyu is the byproduct of the splitting of the original dragon which means it didnt come from space, unless the original dragon, not kyu, was what originated from space, I bring that up because while Kyu didnt come from space, the impact site of the supposed meteor that brought it to earth exists and it's where kyu lives, implying that it sill holds space origins given that said meteor impact did happen and its where it lives even.
