Alright so, according to Techno's profile he starts by boosting himself with a wide range of potion (inculding a fire resistance potion so that is definitely handicapping for Henry sense it can allow techno to swim in lava and stuff) and due to the range, he'll attempt to attack Henry with weakness arrows and fireworks with his crossbow

Henry typically starts with just spamming fireballs from a distance and using fire forcefields to block attacks. He'll also resort to explosions and enhancing his own punching strength with his fire as well if things get up close & personal

Seeing as Techno resist fire, Henry will more likely try and go into hand to hand combat when he notices his fire isn't all that effective and techno will likely do the same seeing his arrows get block by the fire walls. So techno would likely switch up to his sword. Problem for Techno is, Henry is much stronger physically which will definitely handicap him

Fire resistance also doesn't make you resistant to explosions, which Henry can still make from his hands, so just blowing up Technoblade is an option here
