Realm
This confirms the existence of at least 10 different universes/timelines, but there are likely many more than these 10. We don't know how much it is, and we don't have a clue we can use to find the number. Since Mori says he can transform into any of the alternate versions, it's safe to assume that all the alternate timelines are pretty much the same size.
These timelines consist of 3 main realms, of which the celestial realm actually consists of 7 realms. These realms are called spacetimes

Both the human and monster realms are spacetimes that should easily be at least as large as our own universe. The heavenly realm is a set of 7 spacetimes that also contains at least seven 4D structures.
11+ timelines all containing at least 9 different universal spacetimes, out of which at least 7 are connected through 4 dimensional gates. On top of that we have 2 unquantifiably large spiritual planes, those being the afterlife and hell.
This means the heavenly realm also contains not just 7 of these massive realms but also 7 4D structures. Using the same logic as before, the overall size of the realm shouldn't be too different from the size of our universe. We even see random floors look the same as the 7th which might imply they are similar in size
