I've been asked if there are more chinamen with some skillz, so here:
Xu Jingming scroll down to his Feats section. He also got some though his P&A section.
Linley Baruch - most are in his Feats section while the scans are in P&A section, old profile. Heavy and Light dual swords users.
Xue Ying (River of Time) and his second profile but mostly first one...the original chinamen with spear, first of his name.
By pure shown spear skills I would say Jingming beats Xue Ying but if we add more "abstract skills" then Ying wins.
Qin Mu, flying sword users (hundreds), think of Zhong Yue but flying swords plus secondary martial arts, spear, staff, butcher knives, threads, hammers. All done by computation of their own, without algebra you just can't progress in power level in this novel. He's a lower level Zhong Yue using their current profiles but at peak (eos) he's more talented and stronger by a vast gap. Same verse btw.
