Steven Universe: Earth Beetle and Heaven Beetle; they're literally just fancy insects.
JoJo: Mannish Boy; his Stand can only be used if the opponent is asleep, and in the awaken world, he is literally just a baby. Unless we assume his opponent starts in the dream world, then he is not that weak. Another option would be Nena; here's how you use her Stand: get near enough to your opponent for you to bleed on them, then wait a few HOURS for you Stand to grow (and keep in mind it isn't automatic, so you can't just leave it there and run away), and then when it finally grows... you get killed since Empress is weak enough to be destroyed by a Stand that wasn't made for combat.
Wizard of Oz: Probably the animals, like Toto, Billena or Eureka.

No, wait a sec, I just remembered someone: The Queen of the Field Mice. She is literaly just a mouse; the first time she appears, she almost get's killed by a cat, and she is only actually useful when she has a bunch of other mouses to help her.Paulo.junior.969 said:

There's also that one scp who just teleports to alternate universes or places. He teleported to Antartica or the South Pole once and almost got killed by a Polar bear.
