The statement seems a bit like pure hype but sure, I guess that's fine to use. I'd prefer just 5-B, since the durability of the material in general requires planet smashing power, doesn't matter if there is a bunch of it. If I put a bunch of planets together, I could still smash though them with the same force I used to destroy one planet, the thing I just lack is range.
As for the feats themselves, the second form feat looks like he's just rotating the are at high speed, not braking it. The third form feat looks ok.

Not necessarily, there’s a difference between smashing a boulder and smashing a mountain despite them both being made out of the same material no?
He is but he’d still need to be strong enough to twist the arm at all
