Multiplier Question

For higher multipliers, like times 100 and above, the importance of stronger evidence, such as feats displaying power of a similar magnitude as the value the multiplier points to or the multipliers importance to the plot of the story, and a higher amount of evidence becomes increasingly necessary.

Does the feats displayed have to be on the level of the Tier the multiplier gets the character to?
For example, Character A is 7-A via powerscaling but when fighting, his DC is usually between the 9-B/8-C range. He then gets 500x stronger.
Does he need to show tier 6 levels of feat when fighting or a DC of 8-A/7-C?

Well, we don't really need to go that far and it seems oddly specific. But it's more so the statement needs to be very specific that the multiplier refers to the energy output. And it would be nice to have if there is a destruction feat and/or a feat where a kinetic energy yield is more than 500x exceeding that aforementioned feat demonstrated thus far. Or if it's reasonable to grasp the scaling of a giant list of inbetweeners who scale between 7-A and an eventual Tier 6 or 5 feat that happens later.

There can be case by case reasons.
