Naruto (Boruto) vs Gear 2 Luffy

Boruto Chapter 64, Sage Mode Naruto Sensed Boruto 40 klicks = 40km.. It took him a while to get into that location :O so at best he was running at mach 1 speed. Otherwise Naruto would be able to prevent Boruto using Karma, IF He was even remotely close to 10,000MPH then he would arrive there in 10 second, but he arrive few minutes later..Boruto fighting, Activating Karma, Talking No Jutsu, The other guy jump in and start talking friendly discussion, later on got rekt, then Boruto karma took over his body.. Naruto arrive so late.

So Gear 2 Luffy since he was able to dodge bullet and those Musket Gun. Assuming Those Musket Gun are same as Musket Gun we seen in the muskeeter. Then their speed would be equal.

Oh my god... Can we stop with this? How many times does the same match have to be made for people to understand? This is a complete mismatch and a stomp. Luffy has no way to hurt Naruto in Boruto. We've been over this so many times!

one is combat speed and the other is travel speed.

however if you want to be technical , significantly weaker Ninja like Konohamaru's fodder friend was capable of evading fire from Ao's gatling gun, even the slowest Gatling gun form the 19th century could fire 3,000 rounds per minute, this is significantly faster than even the top performing musket rifles of the 18th century which One Piece heavily draws from.

Also if you want to be even more specific, it's unlikely that all of those are attribute to Luffy's speed given that flintlocks and muskets were not known for their accuracy. (theres are cases of people missing their targets from a a few meters away)

I dont think of them as Gutling Gun, It was a Jutsu and It can be Absorb. No one would know if those Jutsu actually firing same as real gatling gun in reality.

Also Combat Speed doesnt mean, their feet can move faster than someone is running. Let say Usain Bolt vs Mike Tyson. Mike Tyson enter in Combat Mode, Do you think Mike Tyson foot work speed will increase and catch up to Usain Bolt? So yah Without any Calculation, you really cant calculate their speed. People would say Gear 2 is faster than Lightning, But in reality Luffy speed would be only faster than Musket (maybe average .45 bullet speed). Since No Time, Distance was given in both manga without any ruler of photoshop.

There are Instance in Naruto manga, the ninja is running away from enemy, despite the other guy was in Combat Mode, Yet he couldn't catch up to Ninja that is running away from battle.
