For starters, I think Zonda has intelligence in the bad versus Oku. Oku isn't exactly the strategist of the Duwang Gang, but Zonda has planned out all the things for Eden over the course of ASG1&2 as the mastermind of the series up till that point. Her Illusionary powers are more than enough to confuse Oku, since he has never fought an illusion stand, and I just don't think Za Hando has the range and versatility to defeat her
