Saying that Tatsumaki wouldn’t have to get near High 6-A to overpower her is a pretty baseless assertion.

Saying she needed to go High 6-A is also baseless, since Psykos on her own is 7-B and even after the potion got easily stomped.

Its why I said I was good with a possibly rating, but At most or just a full change just isn't supportable in my view. Especially when its relying on facial expressions that change and events Blizzard wasn't present for.
