His time-stopping spell was able to work on Dormammu, a being constantly stated to be beyond and outside time and space, meaning that his time manipulation works on beings that are outside of time and thus are immune to standard space-time manipulation.

Not really, I changed the speed section of the OP to a Varying scale.

Ok. So based on what DDM said, as well as Doom's new base speed, I changed his speed to "Varies. Hypersonic up to Infinite".

I also changed the "Reset Machine" to Optional Equipment.

For speed? I changed it from being flat-out Infinite to varying from Hypersonic (his base speed) to Infinite (his top speed) for the sake of consistency
