Updating various rating within them, adding powers for Ape
I'm not sure if the Giant variant in 5e is the same as a Dire Animal (Forgotten Realm is kinda confusing me on that front since for Boar they do list it like they're the same while for Elk and Ape no)

Ape is missing keys.

Ape is missing a comma after "Snow Ape" in the summary.

I don't think we should use +5 for Listen checks as significant evidence for Enhanced Senses, as it is easily within the bounds of human ability.

The elk summary says "people believe that sighting is a sign is a foreshadowing" which should obviously be fixed.

Everything else seems fine.

Enhanced Senses for Low-Light Vision is fine, don't know if +5 Listen really counts.

As long as Bambu's spelling suggestions are applied I think they're good to go.
