Question about High1-A+

High 1-A+ is a structure containing all the possible world (modal realism) but now where the extended modal realism scale , a character that embody all the possible world and impossible world would scale High1-a+ or a character than can actualize impossible world and possible world is High1-A+ so extended modal realism scale High1-A+ too ?

I know but once the High1-A+ is gouverned by 3 law of thought, EMR doesn't really apply these law with the sub region with impossible world
