Question about Paraconsistent Physiology and Plot manipulation?

Hello everyone, I have been constantly thinking how a paraconsistent physiology user would react to plot manipulation.

In the wiki site state that paraconsistent physiology users are freed from the confines of classical logic, their interaction with the world can be fundamentally different from those of regular entities and the result of interactions may be unpredictable without knowledge of the rules by which the alternate logical system they obey works, because of this which made me brought up 3 questions

1. Can paraconsistent physiology user (all 3 types) be affected plot manipulation?

2. Does paraconsistent physiology user need to have plot manipulation resistance to not be affected by plot manipulation?

3. Does plot manipulation user need to have something like paraconsistent physiology interaction or negation to affect a paraconsistent physiology user?

1. It depends. If in a non-dual system in fiction it includes plot, then clearly plot manipulation is useless.
