Hello

1 - If x character destroyed a dimension without the concepts of space and time, would that give him some type of power or ability?

2 - If a being has merged with the universe, and in that universe includes a dimension that does not have the concepts of space and time. Would merging with the universe along with this dimension give any power or ability to this character?

3 - There is a dimension without the concepts of space and time, but somehow, this dimension is encompassed by a timeline. Would this give some kind of spatial property to this timeline or wouldn't it change anything?

Hello

I think it would be NPI for NEP (Type 1, aspect 5) at most without extra context.
2 - If a being has merged with the universe, and in that universe includes a dimension that does not have the concepts of space and time. Would merging with the universe along with this dimension give any power or ability to this character?
It depends on whether that dimension serves as his heart, I mean destroying the universe won't kill the guy unless annihilates that dimension, otherwise there's nothing else.
3 - There is a dimension without the concepts of space and time, but somehow, this dimension is encompassed by a timeline. Would this give some kind of spatial property to this timeline or wouldn't it change anything?
I don't think it adds much, MCU has the Dark Dimension as a timeless realm but still trapped in the timeline somehow

The place has no concept of space-time and then the character goes there and puts time, would that mean he is putting the concept of space-time or something? To be simpler
You'd need a statement of him outright doing so.

And that is assuming the place actually lacks the concepts themselves and isn't just an aspatial void.

Unless said character have direct statement that he add the concept of space and time into that place, no, simply add space-time into it is just space-time hax like what @Planck69 , yes the concept is also added along with the space-time, but it is a indirect consequense rather than a direct action of adding the concept

Difficult, but he adjusted that whole place, does that count as proof? Like, does he have to directly mention "creating concept" or would just him changing the entire location be proof and the quote he mentioned that shaped the entire location?

Yes, it is mentioned that there is no concept of space-time in the place, we have two quotes about it, I was having doubts about that.

No, it doesn't. We don't hand out Conceptual Manipulation any time someone does something vaguely cosmic.

The above point stands.

Adjust it, changing it just grant him void hax along with NPI that can interact with Void. He need direct statement that he added the concept of space and time into the place
