What resistance does a character who has acausality type 4 get? Then, can the resistance possessed by acausality type 4 be negated by resistance negation? like A, he has acausality type 4, and B has Causality Manipulation along with resistance negation, can B's Causality Manipulation affect A?

Type 4 resistance are unconventional. They are unaffected solely because they exist in irregular causality. So no matter how layered or strong causality manip or how much you lower their resistance to it.if your causality manip cannot affect even irregular causal system it will not work.

Tldr : needs feat of affecting type 4 causal system

So, the Resistance that Acausality Type 4 has is Unconventional Resistances, meaning that no matter how much capability B has, it will not be able to influence A because it is in a different causality system than the conventional one.
