20 years, if it has existed for that long without suffering from degradation or a powered down, or turned off permanently, then it isn't a realistic depiction of a simulation.
Unless i have proof in the real world for computers running for that length of time under minimal conditions
That’s still far more realistic than them having megajoules worth of energy and stuff :3

That is still far more realistic than them holding infinity. There's a big jump between "these computers may be a bit futuristic" and "Earth is now a Type 5 civilization"
Or you know, this is not realistic at all and we shouldn't try to apply realism to this, the fact that a AI can defy its programming in the 1996 and create a entire world is already to far from our own technology, and there is no implications that this humanity is more advanced than ours.

No, it isn't, and i won't think it is

Again, to have High 3-A energy here they'd need an infinite energy source, something that was never suggested here. An AI creating an entire world in 1996 is only like 30-40 years ahead of its time, we're basically a few years away from that happening. Defying programming is basic sci fi plot as well. From the glimpses of the real world we've seen, the world is clearly not meant to be that different from our world, so suggesting that an AI generating infinity is reasonable just because "the setting isn't realistic" is stupid.

hey now that theres this ongoing Caine CRT, i´d ask if Caine could be upgraded from City Level+ to baseline Mountain Level

Currently hes scaling from Moon KE Feat (84.23 Megatons of TNT), with Baseline Mountain Level being 100 Megatons of TNT, a 1.18x difference

as Caine´s Profile says:

Attack Potency: City level+ (Has consistently been referred to by his creations as a God, and should therefore be comparable to his creations such as the Moon, who is able to move her body with this much force, the Sun, who is able to move her body with this much force, and the Fudge, who is able to support his massive body on land. Caine should be stronger than the other characters such as Pomni, who can withstand the force of a launched truck that was able to knock out the Fudge with this much force

so Caine upscales from Moon due to being many times statds as a God, also being the Creator of Moon, clearly such implied power difference of a God to his creation should be at least 1.18x times

For example Kaufmo is already Upscaled from Pomni withstanding the explosion of a launched truck (194.56 Kilograms of TNT) to Baseline Building Level of 250 Kilograms of TNT

i see verses like Chainsaw Man having characters upscale to the baseline of a Tier whos the next one of certain Feat used in Scaling (at most a 1.25x difference)
