This is a 9-B Ghost Rothé being used, speed is equalized and the fight takes place in an environment suited perfectly for both of them.

Rothé : 2

From what I see AP ratings are >005 t for the Rothe and 004 for the dino.
The Rothe is also class 5 vs the dino's class 1.

The dino is bigger but also overall weaker, with also less stamina but somewhat higher intelligence.

Neither of them seems to have any particularly useful ability suited for the moment, aside from the Dino's rage power which might help to narrow the gap, unless it is strongly related to his sound manip, which could get nulled by Silence if the Rothe were to cast it preventively.

The Dino can potentially heal itself by chewing off the Rothe's flesh, but it shouldn't be that easy given the difference in LS and size.

The environment suited for both might favor the Rothe more, since it has specific tactics based on exploiting cliffs and rock slides. The dino is stated to be somewhat smart, for a dino, but also described as brutish, so I could see it fall for the Rothe's deceptions.

Because of the stats advantages, the slightly better abilities and the chances of making a better use of the environment, I'm prone to give this to the Rothe.
