The heart attack here cannot be resisted because it did not occur due to a natural cause. Rather, it will happen for an unnatural cause intended solely to bring about death. Therefore, the heart attack will continue until it kills you in this case, no matter how much you try to resist it.

This reminds me of how the Death Note says that the human whose name is written will die, and how that seems to be taken to mean that mortal non-humans who don't resist Death Manip would be fine, which seems a bit silly.
