Why they should be that tier just because of being feared?

That would be like 3-C SW Empire because they control the galaxy, they need to have actual 4-A feats to prove the tiering

Did you guys know the Tribal Stage species can destroy Civilization Stage Land Vehicles? I found that out the hard way when I was playing the other day. Surprised no one tried to calc that considering how massive the vehicles are compared to the creatures.
