Street Fighter: Speed Revision

It was settled in this CGM thread that this calc will be replaced with this recalc

The current High Hypersonic rating for characters are no longer valid as the feat was recalced to Supersonic+ [Mach 2.61]

These characters will now just upscale Rolento's Supersonic+ feat [Mach 3.8237] in short-burst, combat, and reaction speed

Short-burst, combat, and reaction speed:
Sagat
Ryu (SFI to Alpha 3 & SFII to IV keys)
Ken Masters
Alex
Hugo Andore (Street Fighter 3)

Characters with High Hypersonic travel speed that are getting nerfed down to Supersonic+ short-burst speed
Ryu (SFV-III to SFVI)
Dhalsim
Oro
Akuma
Necalli with Torrent of Power (Torrent of Power travel speed would be removed)
Juri Han (Street Fighter IV Feng Shui Engine)
M. Bison
Guy (SF IV onwards)

Well they are updated calcs, unless there is more to be given regarding info, its an unfortunate nerf

So agreeing, should ask Saman for input given he made many of these changes

Small correction, Rolento's feat is listed as short-burst speed

So those scale would be listed with Supersonic+ short-burst speed, not travel speed
 
Both recalcs and updates look ok.
Also, slight off topic, Hugo was made into 8-B without a CRT and that's a problem.

Before I make any changes I am realizing these characters would still have Subsonic travel speed due to this feat

So the changes would look like

Oh I forgot about Violent Ken, he would also be Hypersonic+ for beating M. Bison
