God doesn't seem to have much agency on anyone besides those he controls, so he either lulls Superman into taking his powers (thus becoming his slave) or he is pretty much harmless.

Likewise, we don't even have a way to tell whether or not Superman would be able to interact with him, like breaching into his dimension and whatever would happen there, since God still remains a complete mystery.

I vote Inconclusive, this is borderline a mismatch.
