Is there a resource that lists the numerical values required to get a + sign on every tier (i.e. what is the average between the high and low end of each tier) and how many times baseline these values are? I assume staff knows these numbers or at least how to calculate them to be able to determine who gets the + and who doesn't, but then why aren't they listed on the wiki? I'm sure having them listed would be much more convenient and reduce misuse of the + sign on the wiki.
 
Attack Potency page.

Example: Average of Large Building level is: [2 Tons (low end) + 11 tons (high end)]/2 = 6.5 Tons (the arithmetic mean). All energy levels from 2 Tons to 6.5 Tons should be listed as Large Building level, whereas all energy levels from 6.5 Tons to 11 Tons should be listed as Large Building level+.

It's just adding the lower and higher values within the tier, and then dividing that combined value in half.

I'm not good with source editor, so I have no idea how you would add them to the Attack Potency page without messing up the structure.

Someone who actually knows what they're doing should discuss that.
