It'd really be called the Wuxi Nub Hold.

I Would say Po due to skill gap, LS gap and Potential to one tap (although wuxi finger hold might count as going above 8-B restrictions)

However, it does say Steve gets ALL equipment which means all his potions/hax which means Death manipulation, Poison, Flight, Statistics Reduction and Resurrection (Along with others that are less helpful) Steve might just outhax considering how po doesn't have very many resistances to this stuff.

I dunno I'll see what other people say first

Wuxi Finger Hold isn't really above 8-B. It's BFR which can be used on anybody.
