The Courier fights a Mouse

I am honestly surprised this works but apparently the courier is building level so I'm just going to work with it.

Speed will be equalized. The Courier only has access to anything 8-C or below. The Pichu has access to every move a Pichu can learn, and has an Oran Berry. They start five meters apart.
