I'm honestly against the Hypershock scaling like the others. As for lightning timing, I'm not aware of any feats like that in the movie but they can probably be calculated if they exist.

Adding to that is literally said he had little control over his powers and IIRC he avoided even trying to go black hole because of that.

It isn't using its full weight on Violet, just one of the legs.

He also doesn't contend with it, the only thing could end up piercing it was itself.

We don't know how durable that one was by comparison or what's done to change them, we know Gazerbeam took one out then failed, same with Gamma Jack, and their powers are pretty offensive, so how far they downscale is up in the air.

I'm looking at fhe lighting feat, we have 2 attacks in that scene.

First one where dash dodges it, and if you pause it, the bolt is actually fired and is about to catch them before dash moves out of the way, so is a legit dodge.

Second it looks like she created most of the shield right as he was about to fire it, i can't pinpoint frames on disney+ though, but i managed to see 80% of her shield ready once the bolt was launched, so idk.

As for it being actual lightning, i remember him saying he can charge up devices and when hit with, he suffered that one effect where you see their skeleton flashing.

Beyond that, nah, doesn't seem like lightining, maybe electricity, you know, the slower one that can be subsonic inside bodies and and faster outside? I dunno

We have no proof it's real lightning, since fiction can be inconsistent with that, so unless it's proven to actually be cloud to ground lightning or real lightning, then we can't really use that feat

Yeah like i said, it doesn't have enough proof to be lightning, it showcases only like 2 criterias at best, nowhere near enough, would help if we had some files talking about them like we had for hypershock or universal man, does the movie have any extra content about it?

Yes, but I still believe you're not allowed to get KE AP off of that. Especially since there's nothing showing Flash can survive a head-on crash at full speed.

Dash's AP also comes from KE so that would need to be revised too

Yeah, 10-B or 10-A durability for Dash does make sense in spite of his age.

He literally broke free from her right after, but Elastigirl should scale to Mr. Inc in AP due to harming him

And later he easily overpowered her with his LS advantage. Also, she was basically bloodlusted, while he had a hard time fighting because he doesn't want to harm his wife

she could still retrain him for a short period of time, so maybe a possibly Class G? could be listed as (was able to restrain Mr. Incredible for a short period of time but was quickly overpowered)
