They're practically equal in AP (Omniman is 199.6 Tons while Superman is 209.65 Tons) However Superman is Mach 27.78 while Omniman is just Mach 5.5. While Omniman is a better fighter I still think Superman just has a big enough gap in speed to take the win

Speed is equalized though.

I will also note that Superman has a tremendous LS advantage compared to Omni-Man, and given H2H is pretty much the only option of combat for Omni-Man means he's gonna be at a disadvantage in this fight.

Superman's calc is only using 125.14 Tons of TNT, and this Superman only has a Average's Intelligence rating, meaning Omni-Man could try and outskilled him like he did to Homelander.

Superman is at least far above Homelander, having to actively control his strength and not being prone to outbursts. He also has heat vision which can vaporize metal, so Omni-Man’s heat resistance may not be sufficient.
