Wasn't the conclusion that either Chaser stomps due to thought-based in-character time slow used immediately at the start of the battle followed by blitz or gets disqualified for the same?

I just noticed Chaser's profile doesn't actually explain Super Heavy Acceleration. It's explanation is this:
Super Heavy Acceleration: An advanced version of Heavy Acceleration or Slowdown is the innate ability of top tier Roidmudes to slow down time through manipulating gravity. This can slow characters that resist normal Heavy Acceleration to near frozen. This ability can also disturb characters that already resist Super Heavy Acceleration. Effects of Heavy Acceleration include: slowing down characters to near frozen with short spurts of moments where the character goes faster (Super Heavy Acceleration slows it down even more with less spurts), heavily throwing off the balance of a character, making the character's body feel extremely heavily, can cause fatigue and tiredness if the character overexerts themselves in an attempt to move, and throws off the power of attacks.
