Scenario:
Tighten is destroying Metro City and taking it over for himself like in the original movie. He kidnaps Roxanne but this time…. Megamind gives up

Without anyone else around to stop him, Supergirl takes this as her chance to prove herself and take on Tighten. Replacing Megamind in this scene essentially

Rules:
-Both are 8-A
-Speed is equalized
-Supergirl is aware of Tighten and his capabilities, this will be a random encounter for Tighten as she’s disrupting his plans
-Both start 10 miles away from each other in Metro City

If Tighten gets within striking distance of Supergirl even once, she’s completely done for. Tighten has a ridiculous AP and LS advantage, and he has heat resistance while Supergirl doesn’t. This is borderline a stomp in nice guy’s favor. Literally the only thing Supergirl has against Tighten is the ice breath, but I don’t know the potency of it, so if somebody could provide a scan or something it would be greatly appreciated.

Ah dang I was hoping this would be closer, I don’t know the potency of the ice either. If this is deemed a stomp I’ll look for alternatives to make it more even or just find a different character to match him with
