For those that haven't been following up, a former CRT had Alice's resistance to all forms of internal damage in the series already accepted.
Then a second one was created to properly list which abilities would be resisted.
What's been agreed upon (from the first thread) is that all internal damage abilities seen in the series (up to the statement itself) should be listed as possible resistances in a separate tab.
Here are the quotes, for those that haven't seen it yet:
From GT5:
From GT7
The 2nd thread didn’t go anywhere because it became a dispute of if the resistances were valid (this is not really up to discussion, it was accepted in the 1st thread so no derailing here as well, do another thread if you disagree) and in parallel there was a debate about what would be the standard for what counts as "internal damage".
The Standard:
Pretty simple, the quotes I sent above clearly make a distinction between internal and external damage, what should be understood is that this isn't about the origin of the attack, but the target of the attack.
The "problem" comes when you notice that every single attack will have a "internal part" to it, as the simplest of punches will send KE inside of your body to hit your organs, as an example.
This isn't a problem because the author clearly intended for this kind of attack to be counted as the "external damage", that's why the crickets attacking her are counted as "macroscopic external damage", meanwhile "bacteria and bugs" were counted as internal in the other quote, because that's when they act as vectors for diseases.
Therefore, "internal damage" means abilities that circunvent durability to cause damage, damage here also isn't limited to visible wounds, but any kind of harmful effect (a sleep gas would be as innefective as a deadly poison gas against Alice).
The Abilities:
Thanks to @Felience1 there's an alphabetical list of abilities as well as some scans to show them and/or explain each of these:

Tens of thousands of bugs apparently wasn’t enough for her to feel repulsed or disgusted. She had used the bat and balls before. Poison gas, curses, and other forms of internal damage never seemed to affect her. (It almost felt like trying to drown a fish in water.) But her soft skin could not deflect the macroscopic external damage of the crickets. Plus, she was wearing a skirt and short sleeves.
From GT7
Also, her body was immune to bacteria, bugs, curses, and all other forms of internal damage, both scientific and magical. As for external damage, she would always remain unscathed thanks to the hedgehogs and flamingo protecting her.
