You completely ignore those later scan talking that, 11 dimensions isn't literal 11 dimensional axes that belong to brane cosmology or M-theory. It is simply 11 parallel worlds, that mean those dimension statement only refering to world, universe, realm not literal dimension, it complete retcon the High 1-C argument
This ignores bomper’s statement on “the worlds exist on a membrane”. Branes in brane cosmology are already higher dimensional by the brane containing our universe with other branes containing other universes. And with the mention of the worlds existing on another space (Main World), the application of brane cosmology makes its obvious

So the 11 levels of superiority of the "Bulk Space" comes from just the theory itself, not directly suggested in the show?

It’s suggested in the show by bomper’s statement and further added onto by the main world statement, which ties back into the theory

The show tells us the following:
  • There are 11 dimensions (Brane Worlds)
  • The Brane Worlds exist on a membrane (Main World)
What we can derive:
  • Brane Worlds = 2-C
  • Main World > 2-C
    • Possibly Low 1-C
We cannot assume the Main World Membrane is 11-D because it shares the "Brane" term with a theory when the 11 Brane Worlds themselves are 4-D.

First, i wanna start off with saying that the world is a multidimensional structure

What is the worldview on which it is based?
The Go-ongers' worldview is a multidimensional structure in which several dimensions exist simultaneously. First, the world where the story takes place and where the Go-ongers are active is called the Human World. On the other hand, the world in which the Flame Gods and their enemies, the Guy Arcs, are based is the Machine World. There is also the Samurai World, a world similar to Japan's Edo Period and the setting for the movie version, and the music-filled Sound World, home to the monster Rom Biako, who appeared in GP31 "Diva Debut. Wameikuru, raised by Daisho in GP44 "Child-rearing Nosume," comes from the tornado-swirling Stormy World. According to Bomper, there are eleven of these other worlds in all. Some worlds appear in the story only by name, so it may be fun to imagine what they are like.

with these dimensions overlapping each other

今日のゼミ

ガイアーク三大臣がゴーオンゼミナールを乗っ取り、ガイアークゼミナシールを開講。 Q.「ところで次元っていくつあるの?」/A. 「この世界はマシンワールドなど11の次元が幕のように重なっている」。 というキタネイダスの解説にケガ レシアは「難しくてわからないでおジャル」 と、ゼミナールそっちのけで宴会に。
Today's seminar

The three ministers of Gaiark took over the Go-on Seminar and opened the Gaiark Seminar Seal. Q."By the way, how many dimensions are there?"/A. "This world overlaps 11 dimensions such as the machine world like a curtain." Kegalesia to the commentary of Kitaneidas that "Do not understand because it is difficult", to the banquet at the seminar over there.

This is to show that the bulk (Main World) is multidimensional based on the 11 dimensions that exist, m-theory requiring 10-11 spacetime dimensions.

Contentions i am seeing is with the worlds not being treated as superior to each other, but this is solved by the series, Juukou B-Fighter's mention of dimensional universes existing. Even with this, dimensions in the verse are accepted and treated as superior to each other.

First of all

It literally indicate if the 11 dimensions is just another worlds not 11 dimensional structure of space and time

Second brane is 5 dimensional space in M theory, the 11 dimensional is supergravity

So yes, worlds exist in membrane but it will just make it 5D brane because encompasses 4D worlds

And the 11 dimensional is mean 11 another parallel brane world, not the structure of the brane it self

The scan that you give also indicate if the dimension in this is just parralel world

This is what i was trying to say. The bulk the branes are in (Main World) is the 11 dimensional supergravity
