Well, the Doctor would attempt to fire bullets at Sans first. But Sans can simply dodge them and then begins his strongest attack first. I don't think the good doctor has any couther to Sans's bone Danmaku.

There is a chance the rapid fire from Livesey could led up to the skeleton being shot by one of the bullets and ends up dead. But I tend to believe Sans's attacks can hit faster. Voting sans.
