Valkyrie Cain Attack Speed Revision

Pretty simple change.
As her page states Valkyrie's black lightning is result of absorbing the Scepter of the Ancients. So, logically, the black lightning she produces, being the same as the scepter's, should have the same speed as the scepter's lightning.
The scepter's lightning is 3700 miles per second (by direct statement) so Valkyrie should have 3700 miles per second attack speed via black lightning on her profile.

Sub-Relativistic attack speed (The lightning it fires moves 3700 miles per second)

Like, a reference you mean? Because the profile was created before references were something we used.

Scan ? Pretty sure any speed rating above super human need Calculations or scans these days.
