Gonna go with Pearl, on this one.

They're likely pretty evenly matched in the speed department, but Pearl has the advantage on almost everything else. She has more raw power, thousands of years of fighting experience, and more useful techniques for the fight.

It's possible Weiss' glyphs could pose a problem, but likely not enough to slow Pearl down significantly. Pearl also has the edge in range and, if she gets in trouble, can always bring out a few Holo-Pearls.

Pearl has a higher destructive capacity and WAY more experience, I mean she managed to hurt the fusion of Garnet and Amethyst, and Garnet by herself made a small mountain fall down with one single hit.

Yeah, Pearl's incredibly combat savvy. She managed to take down Sugilite, who should be physically superior to Garnet by a significant amount, using her own strength against her.
