What is this ability?

A character who once hit a clone of a character, can induce time manipulation on the other clones. All of these clones are literally cloned from machines thus unrelated whatsoever, and time manipulation directly revert the time of that specific clone being produced by a set amount of time.

I said time manip, could be bio manip or whatever, but what I'm wondering is which ability can do this?

This is just specifict Time Manipulation, or personal. They can rewind the personal time of a target independently of identical entities, indicating selective and localized temporal manipulation rather than biological or causal control.
