What tier is breaking down slided doors

Probably athletic human from the looks of it but you would most likely have to give more context as to what kind of doors they are exactly
 
There are exceptions, but sliding doors are generally pretty easy to breach. Interior doors in general, actually. In lower crime areas, most doors are pretty easy to break through. Even what is legally classified as a "security door" will often break from a full body charge. A proper security door will generally have to significantly exceed the minimum legal requirement.

In the scan you can clearly see that the door is fairly thin, and you can see the frame falling from on top of the door. I'm going to be honest; those frames usually aren't even attached properly. And interior doors are generally fragile at best. A normal reasonably strong adult human could probably breach such a door in that fashion.
