As we all know, Post-Weirdmageddon Bill Cipher is scaled at 1-B due to somehow scaling to the dimensional rift which was gonna smash all of reality. Why does Bill scale to it? He didn't physically activate or start it himself, he needed the dimensional rift to create it. There also isn't any proof that Bill was sustaining it in any way since it dissapearing after Bill's death could simply be explained by the Axolotl intervening. Even if he was sustaining the rift, that doesn't mean he scales to it. "But Bill was stated to be infinitely more powerful" "He stated that he was gonna smash all reality" Yeah, Bill became stronger because of him gaining a physical form but he wasn't gonna smash the multiverse by himself. He was barely even doing anything while the rift acted independently of him. "But it's implied he would've survived the destruction of the Multiverse". Yeah, by possibly just moving away to a different timeline, since Bill can do that. Weirdmageddon only targeted a single timeline, he could've survived the destruction caused by the rift by simply travelling to another timeline. I have analysed the arguments of vs battles wiki, but most of them are assumptions. Plus are we forgetting he got handled by a walking house? I refuse to believe the house id Hyperversal with Immeasurable speed just because it contains the interdimensional portal, that's also an assumption. Bill Cipher's Immeasurable speed is also a ton of assumptions and out of context scans and statements, which are also way above anything in the verse and contradict the fact that Dipper and Mabel outran Bill while he was at his angriest and desparately wanted the formula to break the barrier, so I don't think he was holding his speed back or anything.
Now, really, why does Bill actually scale to 1-B?
