I based this feat solely on the anime and did not use the Light Novel's description as a reference. And if I remember correctly, this feat in the Light Novel did not specify the bullet's speed. (If I'm mistaken, I apologize—I haven't read the Tensura Light Novel in a long time. Nowadays, I only keep up with the anime.)

Looking at both, I prefer the other calc more. I think the assumption of using 20 km and a timeframe of 5 seconds works better for that feat when compared to your assumption of "he must match the speed in which Mezoreia gathers them". We also normally work with Lowballs, but I think a tier 5 result for a Cloud clearing calc "As far as the eye can see" is way too much of a highball, dare I say, it is probably wanked

I also used clearing them over 20km in the calc?? Also, unless you think that the clouds lose all their KE after being gathered from across the continent then I’m not sure why using that or factoring it in would be wank, furthermore given the context of the story, the clouds aren’t just cleared, they full on don’t exist in Vollachia any more and Mezoreia has to manually make more, implying that they are wider than 20km

Fair enough - Would I need to go through each reference and get the specific clip? The profiles already on the wiki are, to say the least, very incomplete, so pretty much the entire verse and each profile would need to be revamped from the ground up.

No, though it would fall to you to verify that they are good references, so you may want to anyways. If it turns out the references don't really work for what you're going for, it falls more on you if you say "I just grabbed these from the page". I don't think it's as much work as adding the references, since you can copy the same code every time.

I've just finished watching the entire series, so it's fresh in my mind. I'll re-verify everything that I'm not sure of.

To be honest, I'm probably gonna include the clip for everything that isn't as straightforward as "This is fire manipulation because he shoots fire," so there's no ambiguity or errors when it comes to translating spells into powers and abilities.
