They had Lex & Doom with universal stats so expecting that for Bruce & Tony as they fought Darkseid & Celestials.
Tony might win via better hax and Hellbat drains life force which limits Bruce. Final Batsuit might tip the scales but despite them saying everything is factored, we don't know if Final Batsuit is used.

How many MUs in DB would you say are bad? Either it not being thematic, big rivalry or a good matchup. Not counting fight executions, a good MU might have a bad episode.

For Scrooge, Shovel Knight is honestly surprisingly good fit. Mr. Krabs is not enough of a fighter and Wario is more stompier and not better as a theme. Tho this might just mean Scrooge doesn't have perfect match. SK just has rivalry or rather friendship with Shantae.
I'd also add Kratos vs Spawn & 18 vs Carol at least as weak MUs.

151 is the OG Gen 1 Poke number, but is that number THAT important? We might not get Pokemon this season.

Even if it is a Pokémon fight, I don't think Ash vs Lucy/Yugi is a definitive lock. Mewtwo vs BlackWarGreymon is a matchup with a large legacy behind it as well.

I mean, S2 has some amazing peaks (He-Man vs Lion-O, Godzilla vs Gamera, Ryu vs Scorpion, Deadpool vs Deathstroke, Kirby vs Buu, Chuck vs Segata, Guts vs Nightmare's animation, Tony vs Lex, Snake vs Sam, Hercule vs Dan, Wolverine vs Raiden), but it also has some valleys, plenty of aggressively mediocre, and some of the biggest crimes the show has comitted. This is the season that gave us Luigi vs Tails, Fulgore vs Sector, Batman vs Captain America, Tigerzord vs Epyon, Ragna vs Sol, Gaara vs Toph, Guts vs Nightmare's research, Beast vs Goliath, Vader vs Doom, Goku vs Superman 2, Yang vs Tifa, Mega Man vs Astro Boy...
I'd say that S2 has higher peaks than S6 (Although barely, Might Might is up there with Tony vs Lex and Snake vs Sam IMO), it's valleys are lower than any other season and it has a lot of forgettable filler. S6's only episodes that can be argued to be outright bad are Ben vs Hal and Aang vs Ed. And even then Ben vs Hal would probably be an A or even S tier episode if it wasn't for Alien X fighting almost exclusively with punches, "Time, huh?" and a shitty-ass conclusion. So basically if it wasn't for Laim Swan it would be one of the best episodes in the series, since all the good stuff (Animation Quality, Voice Acting, Music) are things he has no involvement with.
