Hmmm.
Hard to remember villains I like currently, but Madara Uchiha does come to mind, for starters.
But with his downfall coming posthumously (Sort of. After his revival, really.) after his success in his formative years which were in a time period where I'd almost certainly be made a soldier &/or killed, I'm not sure what I could do to help.
I guess the system that is his goal isn't ideal, but I'm unsure how much that matters to him.

Any Naruto experts: What could you tell Madara & when, that'd be useful to him, & why?

honestly madara did everything well iirc like all his plans went accordingly, he even managed to kill naruto and sasuke but the influence of an afterlife god reasonably beyond his control bought them back with powers that were greater then his.
