All of the Diablo 3 characters.
They're terrible, severely underpowered (you could easily squeeze Low 2-C out of them), and it's consistently stated that Lilith made Sanctuary with the Worldstone, not her own power. It could even be attributed to Inarius by this logic.

4D films like that are iffy to say the least. I don't think we should be using them in profiles like that. It's real-life and doesn't actually exist in the series, unlike real-life representations like Tori-bot or in Kamen Rider, which may be above other parts of the series but are still a part of the series.

This profile just ripped Bill's profile without changing basically anything, and from my research isn't even a character from Gravity Falls, i couldn't even find anything about the character, so it's most likely the user's OC or something comparable to that.

Nanoha Takamachi should be nuked, all abilities on her profiles have no scans and justification, and all the links of calc lead to the posts of the naruto forum and they all existed like ten years ago, some of the links don't even work and I have no idea whether those calcs have been accepted here or not.
