DEATH BATTLE! Accuracy Scale [Part 10, The more things change, the more they stay the same]

Alright, since the previous one hasn't been updated for long despite new episodes and revisions for several characters, we're gonna update and put everything here... again :V

Rules:

• This list is purely for the accuracy of the DB research. Video or animation quality does not play a factor (although animation quality can be commented on for fun).
• Even if the fight is a stomp, if it's accurate, it will get a higher rating
• We can also try to measure accuracy of joke battles despite of them being quite unpredictable
• ATT = At The Time
• Because of revelations from the research team for DB, all battles are to be considered as if the strongest forms of each fighter are used immediately. Because of this, certain battles have different results then when it starts at base. For these battles, the forms used will be placed alongside the fight for clarity.
• Remember, these should be based on actual VSW profiles. If some results seems questionable, then perhaps the problem lies in current profiles.

We already have good majority of episodes ranked, but if you see changes on characters not being reflected, you can talk about it here.

We have few scales of verdicts and researches:

• Right, Good (Right Verdict + Good Research)
• Right, Decent (Right Verdict + Decent Research)
• Right, Bad (Right Verdict + Bad Research)
• Iffy/Inconclusive (Either it's very iffy to choose due to how close MU is or it is straight up tie/inconclusive where the chances are 50/50 or no one can lose)
• Unrankable (Character(s) do not have a profile in VSBW which is why we can't rank accuracy by our standards)
• Wrong, Decent (Wrong Verdict + Decent Research)
• Wrong, Bad (Wrong Verdict + Bad Research)

Season 1

1. Samus Aran vs Boba Fett (2010) | Reason: While Boba is faster, Samus has the strength and hax to win even with Power Suit only. Right, Good
2. Akuma vs Shang Tsung | Reason: In base, Akuma is much stronger and much faster. Even at Shang’s most powerful, Akuma edges him out in strength and speed enough to emerge on top. Right, Good
3. Rogue vs Wonder Woman | Reason: Looking at Rouge's and Diana's profile, Diana pretty much should blitz and one shot. Wrong, Bad
4. Goomba vs Koopa | Reason: This is tough one, but if compositing I am pretty sure that Koopa is smarter and even if a Coward, he is more durable and has more ways to deal with Goomba. Wrong, Decent
5. Haggar vs Zangief | Reason: They're also quite equal to each other in stats... for now it's hard to answer though but Zangief should probably win, he is in his prime and Haggar retired in Final Fight. Right, Good
6. TMNT BR | Reason: Let me quote Wiz "Raph won in the movie he should win here neyh neyh NO", in other words yeah I am pretty sure Leo is canonically strongest among this quart, protagonist bonus. Right, Good
7. Leo vs Zitz | Reason: Battletoads got planet level feat so I am pretty sure... oh wait... no one scales to it... and considering Leo is composited here, he is fast enough to keep up and one shots. Right, Decent
8. Yoshi vs Riptor | Reason: You know, even before KI downgrades Yoshi was far faster and stronger, now he stomps even more. Right, Good
9. Felicia vs Taokaka | Reason: ATT Felicia was slightly stronger but Tao had notable speed advantage. Right, Decent
10. Kratos vs Spawn | Reason: No Norse Mythology, we must remember that, but even when Greek Mythology Kratos is busted, our strongest Spawn is Immeasurable/Omnipresent to Kratos's Infinite speed and 2-A in AP against Kratos's 2-C AP, so Spawn is infinitely stronger and faster. Right, Good
11. Bomberman vs Dig Dug | Reason: Gameplay mechanic verdicts are funny but Uni Bomberman is a thing, so uh one shot and blitz. Wrong, Bad
12. Shadow vs Vegeta | Reason: Even without Archie, Super Shadow is stronger and maybe even faster than even DBS Vegeta, let alone DBZ Vegeta since ATT there was no DBS. Wrong, Decent
13. Mario vs Sonic (2011) | Reason: Sonic even resists Mario's fate hax nowadays, pretty much since we buy Immeasurable for Hyper/Super Sonic Sonic one shots and blitz. Right, Good
14. Justin Bieber vs Rebecca Black | Reason: No profiles? Truly the loss of the ages actually determining who would kill each other would be ****** up Unrankable
15. Luke Skywalker vs Harry Potter | Reason: Even if you think EU should not be used for whatsoever reason remember: 1. Disney canon mostly sucks, 2. Disney didn't bought SW ATT of Luke vs Harry, so uh, EU being EU, and not that EU. Right, Good
16. Chun-Li vs Mai Shiranui | Reason: Smash is for good kids, Chun-Li wasn't good girl this year to be downgraded and even before getting one shot by Mai. Right, Good
17. Starscream vs Rainbow Dash | Reason: It seems there's no Uni Starscream and there's Low Multi MFTL+ Rainbow Pony. Right, Decent
18. Master Chief vs Doomguy | Reason: Just remember, ATT there was not Doom 2016 or Doom Eternal, though there's some interesting stuff for both so it still hard to say.... looking at profiles seems Doomguy is faster and strong enough to take in Physicals Chief so I suppose it is Wrong, Decent
19. Eggman vs Wily | Reason: Well they got Roboenza wrong, Metal Sonic betrayed Eggman once, and later still was his co-worker so it's Right, Decent for Sonic side to win, but it's Wrong, Decent for Wily's virus taking down Metal or basically being effective in combat.
20. Zelda vs Peach | Reason: We don't have canon Zelda profile as strange as it sounds, there's no OoT Zelda, Windwaker, Twilight Princess and etc. but even then we are all pretty sure via Zelda downgrades that Peach wins (a little correction, Zelda does have BoTW profile now, though there's a problem, BoTW didn't existed at the time of the episode, but still it's neat to have Zelda profile after so long time). Still, there is no proper answer for this atm here. Unrankable
21. Thor vs Raiden | Reason: Yes Right, Good
22. Link vs Cloud (2012) | Reason: Zelda downgrades and Final Fantasy upgrades at same time, what we have? Dead Link that's what. Wrong, Bad
23. Spider-Man vs Batman | Reason: Well, Batman has no preparations so Batman vs Spider-Man moment. Right, Good
24. Pikachu vs Blanka | Reason: Let's assume it's not busted Ash's Pikachu, even normal Pikachu should be stronger than Blanka by now. Wrong, Bad
25. Goku vs Superman | Reason: Pre-Crisis apparently was not used here, Goku was DBZ and GT. Superman is currently worth more universes than GT Goku. Not that this episode gets stats right. Right, Bad

1. He-Man vs Liom-O | Reason: Thundercats, Thundercats Thundeeeeeeeer.....dead kek 2-A He-Man. Right, Good
2. Shao Khan vs M. Bison | Reason: We recently witnessed some interesting stuff about Midway MK, but even then it seems that planet MK won't be a thing, dead Shao. Wrong, Decent
3. Ryu Hayabusa vs Strider Hiryu | Reason: Ryu is planet level, Strider is not. Wrong, Decent
4. Ivy vs Orchid | Reason: KI Downgrades, while Soul Calibur is safe so uhh... Wrong, Decent (Accurate comparison on chest size tho)
5. Fox vs Bucky | Reason: There's no profile of this hare so uhh... Unrankable
6. Terminator vs Robocop | Reason: Quite close but Robocop should be fast, smart and versatile enough to take T-800 down, you'll be back for sure sometime. Right, Good
7. Luigi vs Tails | Reason: Luigi got very abused on this episode, so one might think its wrong? Well, since Mario cast has been downgraded to be below base Game Sonic cast, Archie Tails wasn't even needed. Right, Decent
8. Pokemon Gen 1 Starters BR | Reason: It's rock paper scissors but with few extra steps, so it just basically 33/33/33. Iffy
9. Fulgore vs Sektor | Reason: KI downgrades, so despite MK being downgraded too Sektor pretty much wins. Wrong, Decent
10. Godzilla vs Gamera (mostly composites) | Reason: Godzilla is much faster and stronger than the giant turtle. Right, Good
11. Tigerzord vs Gundam Epyon | Reason: The only Gundam profiles we have are toys...toys Carl! PRs are also now Universal so Tigerzord should have stomped this but alas... Unrankable
12. Captain America vs Batman | Reason: I guess Cap has stats iirc. So uhh... Wrong, Decent
13. Ryu vs Scorpion | Reason: Ryu is quite skilled, fast and with Satsui no Hado or even power of nothingness is far stronger to take Hanzo down. Wrong, Decent
14. Deadpool vs Deathstroke | Reason: DS has become stronger and faster. Wrong, Decent
15. Kirby vs Majin Buu | Reason: Oh hey, Multi Kirby is a thing, but even without it Kirby should win. Right, Good
16. Gaara vs Toph: Well... Yeah pretty much we all already know we don't need so long talk about it. Wrong, Bad
17. Boba Fett vs Samus Aran (Legends Boba vs Power Suit Samus) | Reason: Technically remaster, but they somehow said Boba was stronger which sure is sth. Right, Decent

24. Vader vs Doom | Reason: Considering Doom is Doom even EU doesn't save Vader's situation here. Right, Good
25. Goku vs Superman 2 | Reason: With God Ki, Goku could match blows with the God of Destruction, Beerus. Their clash nearly destroyed the entirety of Universe 7, a cosmological structure at least nine times larger than our own universe. At most, it could even be as large as 13 times greater than ours. Oh wait not yet. Current Supes is worth more universes than DBS Goku. Also Superman has limits :^) Right, Bad
26. Donkey Kong vs Knuckles | Reason: DK, Donkey Kong, DK, Donkey Kong is dead. They've not used Archie for Knuckles and there was no power ups since "Mario and Sonic powerups cancel out each othwe", but at same time, for DK they used only Donkey Kong Country, so Knuckles can flex his muscles enough to win. Even still, game base Sonic characters have gained speed and hax buffs as well. Wrong, Decent
27. Wolverine vs Raiden | Reason: Raiden is stronger so far and his sword should ignore Wolvie's herald dura because it separates the atomic bonds of everything it touches, it's basically dura neg matter hax, so durability doesn't matter here, so I guess its Right, Good
28. Hercule Satan vs Dan Hibiki | Reason: Even with unequal Speed, sadly Dan dies in a quite close battle here. Right, Good
29. Yang vs Tifa | Reason: We know, and since they have claimed this was wrong in Casts, they know too. Wrong, Bad
30. Mega Man vs Astro Boy | Reason: MFTL+ Mega Man seems to be a thing so uh, dead Astro Boy. Wrong, Bad
31. Green Arrow vs Hawkeye | Reason: It seems GA is faster and can kill HE, even if HE has much stronger arrows. Wrong, Decent
32. Pokémon vs Digimon | Reason: Have you seen those Digimon profiles? If yes we all know. Right, Good

1. Dante vs Bayonetta | Reason: I dunno, I know it's right now since mobile games but what Dante have without DMC 5 and POC though? Iffy
2. Bowser vs Ganon | Reason: Zelda downgrades, Bowser blitz and one shot. Wrong, Bad
3. Ratchet & Clank vs Jak & Daxter | Reason: We probably would need to update both series and profiles, so far it was out with a reboot so uhh Right, Good (though Daxter is cooler)

5. Joker vs Sweet Tooth | Reason: Well, truck is stronger than Joker so... Wrong, Decent
6. Shadow vs Mewtwo | Reason: Mewtwo have buffs but even with them it still dies to Shadow. Wrong, Bad
7. Meta vs Carolina | Reason: Technically this DB is canon to RvB so the victor of this episode is canonical victor. Right, Good

3. Black widow vs Widowmaker | Reason: Turns out that Widowmaker had the feats to beat BW back then. Wrong, Decent
4. Captain Marvel vs Captain Marvel | Reason: Yeah Captain Marvel should be stronger and faster than Captain Marvel. Right, Good
5. Wario vs King Dedede | Reason: Multi Kirby, Wario gets Dededestroyed, even if they made it closer than it seems. Right, Decent
6. Ben vs Hal | Reason: DC downgrades lmao and Alien X has also been upgraded. Wrong, Decent

19. Batgirl vs Spidergwen | Reason: Batman vs Spider-Man moment. No, really it's just Batman vs Spider-Man with a bit more text. Right, Decent
20. Sanji vs Rock Lee | Reason: Unless we give gates, Sanji seems to win here. Right, Good
21. Hulk vs Broly | Reason: Broly might win if Hulk doesn't start at his strongest, but at peaks Hulk strongest there is. Wrong, Decent

1. Yoda vs Mickey mouse | Reason: KH upgrades done, Mickey takes it with Speed and AP. Besides, he also owns Star Wars. Right, Good
2. Shadow vs Ryuko | Reason: Even base Shadow beats Ryuko, so it's obvious. Right, Good
3. Lex vs Doctor Doom | Reason: While the Post-Flashpoint Warsuit does have a massive power advantage and the ability to blitz base Doom, Doom's magic gives him the speed to match the Warsuit, as well as many different ways to hax stomp Lex into the ground, and both Ovoid Mind Transfer and High 1-B absorption go brrr Right, Good
4. Heihachi vs Geese | Reason: Yeah, Heihachi takes this with enough effort in AP and speed. Right, Good
5. Blake vs Mikasa | Reason: More harder to find reasons for Mikasa to win ngl. Right, Good
6. Iron Fist vs Po | Reason: Despite being slower, Po is still stronger and haxier to take W. He's Kung Fu fighting after all. Right, Good
7. Steven Universe vs Star Butterfly | Reason: Once upon a time Steven blitz Star, but the Butterfly lost her profiles and thus it cant be compared. Unrankable
8. Link vs Cloud 2 | Reason: Zelda downgrades and Final Fantasy upgrades at same time, what we have? Dead Link that's what. Right, Good
9. Batman vs Iron Man | Reason: While bit vague due to not having every suit catalogued, Godbuster beats Hellbat. Right, Good
10. Goku Black vs Reverse-Flash | Reason: Thawne is stronger at peak, far faster and haxier to take the win. Not subarashii. Right, Good
11. Macho-Man vs Kool-Aid Man | Reason: We technically have one Macho-man profile, but its not the one used. Unrankable
12. DIO vs Alucard | Reason: Al has been buffed to stomp in AP. However it seems he is getting downgrades, but for now... Wrong, Decent
13. Akuma vs Shao Khan | Reason: For same reason as Shang Tsung vs Akuma and Bison vs Khann. Akuma is too strong for Shao to fight against, despite using crossovers and that non canon feats again. Wrong, Bad
14. Korra vs Storm | Reason: Could you imagine if this site would have Storm lose to Korra? Boy, that sure would be embarrassing. Right, Good
15. Madara vs Aizen | Reason: Basically Aizen AP stomps and I guess Madara can't do stuff about it. Even if Madara had AP, Aizen's Hogyouku would bring him back stronger too. Wrong, Decent
16. Saitama vs Popeye | Reason: Even if Saitama could be strong enough to kill Popeye in one punch, Popeye still have his regen and transmutation punch. Right, Good

Season 9

1. Harley Quinn vs Jinx | Reason: Yeah, Jinx has like City level weaponary which is more than enough to beat Harley, not only that, but Arcane Jinx (which was used on the episode) is not physically stronge. Right, Decent
2. Scarlett Witch vs Zatanna | Reason: Well, uh, we do not have Pre-crisis Zatanna profile so I can't say exactly who should win here, debate by itself in general is already quite complicated, Iffy for now

Paragraphing my post last time.

• They mistook Infinite Speed for teleportation (despite IT BEING SPECIFIED IN THE DAMN FOOTNOTES OF THE LINE THEY USED!)
• They scaled Sauron to a feat he has barely any connection to
• They decided against using a Moon feat for Sauron, despite the involved characters being several levels lower than him in direct scaling
• Their arguments against MFTL+ are iffy (about the same level as iffy as not using 5-B for WoW apparently)
• Their arguments against scaling Greater Maiar to Valar is faulty (but at the time our wiki had poor evidence for this admittedly)

However, their lower end stuff was all good, so I still think it was decent.

Tracer vs Scout was...weird, because even back then Tracer still would have debatably won, she just didnt have as many feats to solidify that win like she does now, but at the same time they really botched Scout's portrayal in terms of weapons and abilities, only giving him his base weapons and for some reason allowing him to move and fight while under the effects of BONK.

Widow vs Widow was technically wrong from the start as all of the High 8-C feats were around at the time of the fight, it's just that no one bothered to calc them
