Though this would be fun. And yes, this is based on a fanon death battle I read.

-Battle takes place somewhere in the Aperture Science Facility, and both characters are out of sight (The Master is in a location out of sight from GLaDOS's cameras)
-The Master has access to his Super Mutants (Up to 9-A) and GLaDOS has access to turrets and lasers.
-The Master wins if he manages to destroy or disable GLaDOS, the same for GLaDOS
-Speed equal

The Master:

I mean, Glados has a great ofensive advantage here, sinse she can just crush the mutants with walls, trow them into very deep holes etc, sinse they would need to get into her sight to atack her

So GLaDOS just looks around for the mastermind untill finding him, she can even track the mastermind looking from where the mutants are comming

Tbf for the Master, his Mutants have 9-A equipment that can one-shot her if they manage to find GLaDOS (Who has 9-B dura, but she can still transfer herself to other computers). If GLaDOS manages to track the Master, he would still be able to tank a few of GLaDOS's lasers (The Master has 9-A dura) and can defend himself by using his own Gatling Laser (which is 9-A)

Ye, finding GLAdOS is the hard part, sinse not only aperture is a hell to manuvere, to reach her It's really needed some advanced tecnology for mobility, like the portal gun, she also can tecnically use her matter manipulation to make the mutant equipaments desintegrate after passing trough doors, she also still can just bump neurotoxics in the entire place to kill every thing sinse the mutants and master don't resist toxins and It's preety in character for her

and for Master dura, the moment GLaDOS find him she will mostly likely just send neurotoxics to kill him

Another tbf here, is there are Super Mutants like The Lieutenant and Nightkin (Should really add them to what the Master can access) could potentially be smart enough to bypass some of the areas of Aperture. Also, Super Mutants are surprisingly skilled climbers, with some having better options for getting around things

Is this in-character?

Finding Master might be difficult since she doesn't have full "FULL" control over the facility, as there are parts where she doesn't even know what's going on (the maintenance wings and anywhere outside the main testing areas.)

Also, while GLaDOS is resistant to hacking, Portal 1 takes place around 2010 and she was activated in 1998 when it's considered "futuristic" in their universe, the Master is 80 years old in the (while still post-apocalyptic) more technologically advanced universe of Fallout. So what is stopping The Master plug himself into some Aperture science computer and neurolink himself to access the lab while sabotaging GLaDOS's resources and tech? (He did this when he neurolinked himself to a Mariposa Military Base computer, before getting almost every bit of known info of the FEV virus, so what stops him from doing it again?)

Question, how many mutants does master have access to btw? Been a long while since I looked at any fallout besides NW

A lot, but it's a finite amount. Some with varying amounts of intelligence (From below average and above average at best, unless they are Nightkin, which all have Above average intelligence)

Hmmmmm

My guess is Master takes this mid diff, he can likely send his fodder mutants out first to scout and put through traps and then send his much more smarter Nightkin out to close the gap who can presumably use invisibility there. Plus its not unlikely he can hack into glados's stuff and limit her options.

This really don't help much whem your oponrnt can literaly reshape the entire place and trow you around like a ball without worries

I would say so, while she don just "erase" all chell equipamente durig the game sinse she want to force chell to do puzzles, in portal 2, every time chell somehow get to keep a object from the previous puzzle with her GLaDOS erases It

Fair, but GLaDOS much faster reactions mean she probable just flood the entire place with neurotoxins the moment the battle starts

I will vote GLaDOS thanks to her reactions mean she will just flood the place with neurotoxins before master and his mutants before they can do much against her, trough I see possibilities of them beingh able to go against It(specially with GLaDOS necessity of making everythig a puzzle) but this didn't stoped her from killing all the aperture cientists :V
