Reed can't exactly burst down Fredbear quickly, so assuming Fredbear has his heals, the chances of him outlasting and just marking Reed with death Manipulation just by existing is pretty high

He has the regen, giftboxes, auto: shield and defense up chip, the pearl, medic and block bytes, along with regen song and a very good stamina, along with self-sustenance. He can, and likely will win a war of attrition until the death manip activates. HOWEVER, the death manip is delivered through a projectile with at most several meters of range, although Mister Fantastic's elasticity is what gives him his range, so the attack can hit his arms to kill him.

Although I don't know much about Mr F, someone more knowledgable on the character to give the opinion?

The fnaf world characters are definitely technological. Withered Bonnie has wires sticking out, one of the various upgrades in the game are various endo skeletons. And while not AS valid. Unscrew being an insta kill (when it lands) does support the idea
