Basically, Qin has little way to actually physically attack anything, and what he can do it with are all High 6-C to Low 6-B, it's from back when lower didn't exist

It is exactly what it look, a tier 1 vs a tier 6, and different from the Albedo vs Olivia thread here genuinely speaking can't be argued that the non tier 1 character could do something as Qin Shi Huang LS (and combat speed) is immesurable so the move him away, besides the fact that while physically immobile (which is actually debatable since he could float above the capital) he is actually capable of doing things (send parts of the great wall in space, use his subjects which include servants, sealing, use his Zhenren body, and likely many more things we didn't get to see in the Lostbelt like a not friendly use of his biochemistry arts though at the end that friendly use of him was with the purpose of kill humans when he desired).

Besides the very special circunstances in the Lostbelt (the whole situation of the Chronicle Theoretical Phenomenon) that lead to him having a change of heart, he also needed to confront an old acquaitance (aka Jin Ke whose beauty cautivated him even when he was still a normal human) and Ritsuka (aka the ************ who consistently befriend absolute monsters of humanity and convince tier 1 beings to fist fight or **** him), and this change of heart only lead to him using a tier 1 humanoid body to fist fight, so no matter how you look at it Kaido really can't do anything here.

before you say Spartacus is only High 6C, Crying Warmonger is specifically designed to become stronger depending on how strong the attack he's counterattacking is, meaning he buffed himself to Low 1C in order to stop it.

Before you say that that's a stretch, several other servants in the series have launched Low 1C attack at the cost of their own life, like Arash did in the Sixth Singularity in order to stop Tituria's attacks. This shouldn't be treated as any different

Not to mention, think about it: If Qin Shi Huang was literally just an immovable blob who could only use High 6C attacks, Chaldea would have never felt threatened in the first place since they have their own Low 1Cs. Chaldea explicitly stated that Qin Shi Huang, as well as Lostbelt 4 as a whole, was the strongest force they faced at the time, which would include the likes of Scathach Skadi, who's Low 1C by herself, Surter, who can stomp Skadi, and Ivan, who's also Low 1C. I was literally the one who MADE QSH's profile, the great wall isn't Low 1-C, and a quick read over of Spartacus' profile would tell you this.

Speaking as the guy who MADE QSH's profile with a wee bit of help, yes, Holy Vessel is pretty much a brick who likes to talk because he's got no proof of attacking with his tier 1 bod. If threatened Xian Human comes out.

And no, Chaldea had a grand total of 0 Low 1-Cs with them at the time by our profiles, if you want to scale Mash to Low 1-C, be my guest, but that's a slippery slope to say the least.
