Is this enough for Type 1 Acausality?

Basically, MC has the power to change fate and reality to some extent. He changed fate so that his opponent's power, which can raise their strength by few hundred times, was changed to only increase by 100 times. Moreover, the memories of the people would be changed, with them no longer remembering that it used to increase by a few hundred times, only the new one.

However, powerful dudes (Cultivators), due to their strong cultivation, are able to retain their original memories.

Would this be enough for type 1, or at least, limited type 1?

Nice~ well, another question. In the verse, MC can read the future of mortals, but cannot do the same to cultivators, as he stated that cultivation is a process of detachment, and their future is not written in stone like mortals, and are filled with countless possibilities.

Is this enough for Acausality type 4? I recall Ji Ning had something similar to this.

This is limited Type 1

Yes ig

The way he did it is oddly specific but the fact that memories changed that the ability only became so limited seems to imply its a Type 1 without limitation
the dude probably just targeted the ability overall making it weaker by changing it in the past.

Type 1 Acausality fits the bill for strong cultivators

As for what ability the first one does it could be a causality manip

Type 4 since it didn't say it no longer exist. it juwsut exist In countless form
yes

Very nice. Now, for the final question;

In the verse, there are countless worlds, and they are in a hierarchy. Lower/Smaller worlds, middle world, higher worlds, and Heaven Will Worlds (The former three are considered lower dimensions and stuff, though not in the actual sense, as in R>F or seeing the world as flat). Each world has its fundamental own rules and laws, and it was shown that people who enter a world are often rejected by the world itself due to its laws and rules, except if said dude is from a higher world, as they can just forcefully destroy the world itself and its rules and laws.

Is there any acausality in this, or nah?

if it includes causality as a system yes very likely. though cases like this can often result to the whole DT argument about how if the irregular or different causality is not so different from regular they don't really get much matchwise other than being resistant to causality hax that is within the lower world.
but it definitely should still be an ability in the profile I believe

It was stated that pretty much each world has their own River of Fate (Ie, since the creation of the world, this world had its own date separate from the other worlds, and iirc the author said that every world is considered a universe).

Morever, there are many statements about how each world has different laws and rules, and each one behaved differently compared to one another.

I assume that is enough to assume causality is included in the system?

Fate system can fall under causality system so yes
