Perfect Cell currently is >4x Imperfect Cell since he's stronger than Goku who's far stronger than Semi-Perfect with just half his power. Perfect would be >20x Imperfect if we take into account the EML statement

Perfect Cell being 8894.69465 Quettatons at the lowest affects the Cell Juniors, Post-RoSaT Vegeta & Trunks, and Post-RoSaT Piccolo. Then, Goku jumps up to 17789.3893 Quettatons, and Gohan jumps up to 18.7651786 Foe.

But we know for a fact Cell is above Goku? Also I just remembered Perfect Cell scales comparably to SS1 Gohan so yeah he should be >50x Semi-Perfect (Semi < Trunks ~ Piccolo < Shin < Base Gohan 50x< SS1 Gohan)

Two threads were made separating the Super Perfect Cell feat from regular physicals, we don't know how Damage is gonna handle it so for now we'll just scale the characters without the feat
Ahhh. Though I thought that the Buu Saga SSJ2+ characters would scale to/above it directly? Given how firmly established how they’re above SSJ2 Teen Gohan and SP. Cell they are?
It's vague, they're only established to be "stronger than Gohan" nothing more, it can just infer that they're overall stronger, as in both on a physical basis and with charged attacks
Last thing I remember is the proposal from others was that SSJ3 Goku would scale directly to/above it due to him having unprecedented levels of Ki.
