Rules

• 100 meters starting distance with equal speed.
• Speed Equalized
• Fight takes place in an endlessly expansive and empty/ruined city

Kibishi is at 6-B.
Black☆Star is at High 6-B.

It seems both can one shot each other. Black Star with 9.6x AP and Kibishi with heat/lightning. Black Star is helped by being able to completely negate her telekinetic hold and having immense combat skill plus speed amps/afterimages to let him dodge her threatening attacks. I also wonder how Kibishi’s forcefields would hold up against a soul wavelength attack trying to pass through her entire body.

Kibishi would quickly notice that she can't just immediately end the fight via TK twist, neither will she be able to fling Black Star depending on how his flight works, but would Black Star be able to dodge a lightning bolt from the clouds striking him from behind? I'm also noticing Black Star has no resistance to fear manip, meaning Kibishi's passive fear aura could get him to stall for a quick moment, giving her time to land a direct hit with lightning.

Assuming they’re decently far from the clouds which they should be, Black Star should be able to. He’s MHS+ here so it shouldn’t be able to catch him too off guard if it’s at real lightning’s speed. And Black Star can quickly catch Kibishi with his shuriken and Chain of Blackness which are very powerful ranged weapons. His Supernatural Willpower should also counteract her fear manipulation which doesn’t seem too serious.

The willpower thing is fair, but Kibishi should still be able to catch Black Star off guard if she uses the strategy I mentioned earlier.

The forcefield could help but with Leaf of the Moonlit Night there’s the followup explosion which should break that given the AP difference even if the initial throw is blocked. Chain of Blackness can also have the chain used for multiple attacks to do that. And of course if Black Star gets close and uses a wavelength attack, that can bypass. Kibishi has a chance with the lightning but it seems more likely he quickly overwhelms her. And if he opts for Severed Shadow, the speed boost which nearly blitzed Mifune would make it much harder to land that one killing blow.

I'm sure Kibishi could just use the lightning bolt before Black Star gets a chance to break the shield. She should be able to simultaneously defend and attack. She could also attempt to slow him down with ice attacks before he pulls off Severed Shadow stuff which he has no resistance to.

Well it’s not guaranteed she hits the lightning with the speed amps and the chance Tsubaki or Black Star hear it at the last second which is possible. The ice requires water and could be deflected without slowing Black Star much.

Kibishi usually draws water from the air for her ice, and even if there is none, she could easily draw water from the clouds or her own body. She could also just freeze the water in Black Star's body. I'm sure he wouldn't be able to do much after that.

I see. But I’m not sure about freezing inside. Maybe it’s different for Kibishi, but in canon Mob Psycho the powers are never shown to be able to affect inside of people. Otherwise ???% Mob should’ve been tearing people apart and twisting wouldn’t be as impressive. But if Kibishi can, there’s still a good chance Black Star closes the distance between them before her elemental attacks hit. He’s been shown traveling tens of meters in an instant on foot so even with speed equalized he should have a good chance.

Yeah that's fair ig, but Kibishi wouldn't exactly be letting Black Star close the distance. She would probably be trying to keep her distance, even if it would be hard due to Black Star's speed amps. She has some pretty good Danmaku and I'm sure Black Star would have to slow down to dodge every single attack. She would be attacking him with hundreds of lightning bolts and icicles.

Danmaku is bad, though Chain of Blackness being able to wrap around Black Star for defense and non-phys to knock stuff away should help. I’m feeling like this depends on what happens first since Leaf of the Moonlit Night could immediately let Black Star get the jump on Kibishi with the explosion and Severed Shadow is very hard to deal with. Kinda wanna see what others think.
