Actually, no, despite the attack itself being MFTL+, it does not deconstruct everything on its way as we see when Cat Blanc “cancels” it, so its “activation” is same as Cat Blanc’s R/C speed

I’m not 100% sure if this makes this match a stomp in Sans’ favor, but it very likely does

Late reply but Cat Blanc's Mega cataclysm would still blitz Sans even with speed equal He or Cat Blanc is getting equalized to their combat and reaction speed Cat Blanc has FTL combat and reactions meanwhile his attack speed is MFTL+ and that would be his first move he was lowk holding back against Ladybug because he wanted her miraculous in the first plate and wasn't in a state of SBA mindset
