You’d have to know the distance and timeframe. And from what I remember, the only distance given is a hyperbolic mistranslation saying Goku was “across the planet” on the back of a 3-In-1 Volume Cover and you’d only be able to use the anime’s timeframe. So on a technical level, yes (I mean you can math basically anything). On a practical level, no. Unless I’m missing something.

If the translation is wrong in any way, we don't have it, but you have to see the Japanese version and have it translated here.
Although, this feat is still much smaller than Piccolo destroying the moon.

That's a bad comparision, Piccolo's is an attack speed feat while this is travel speed. Is more akin to Krillin's feat of catching up with Bulma's plane (which is hypersonic+ by the way)

For me it's the same thing, it all ends in speed, i don't care much about these things, since the more ki the more speed you have, so it doesn't make any sense to separate this whole thing.

Secondly, geographically, unless Namek is the size of a city, then Goku physically cannot exist across its circumference from the battle with Frieza;
- Gohan, Krillin, and Dende summoned Porunga directly across from the spaceship housing Goku's recovering body;
- Then, Vegeta and Frieza arrive;
- Then, Second Form Frieza blows up the island the fight originated, leaving Gohan, Vegeta, and Krillin hovering above;
- Then, Frieza incapacitates Krillin and then Gohan, before descending directly onto the island below to finish Gohan off;
- Then, Krillin and Frieza bounce around said island until Krillin is quickly cut off;
- Then, Gohan, Vegeta, and Krillin reconvene directly above said island;
- Then, Piccolo shows up;
- Then, the Z-Fighters travel to an island directly across from the previous as Frieza enters his Final Form;
- Then, Frieza confronts the Z-Fighters on said island;
- Then, Goku shows up.

-Turles is an ancient saiyan who possibly fought Yamoshi and has been sealed this entire time
-He somehow ends up free and leads a gang of majin, taking over the Second Demon World
-The Tree of Might is a tree located in the Second Demon World where the Glind (Shin and possibly all the kais) come from
-Turles makes use of the Tree of Might to devour the energies of the Demon Realm, trying to restore the dormant majin power in his blood
-His transformation is a Majin Great Ape
-Ends in Goku defeating him with Ultra Instinct
-Essentially an angelic saiyan overcoming a demonic saiyan
